Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of Occupational Programme Equipment to Mossel Bay Campus, South Cape TVET College. Requirements

• Evidence of capacity to supply, install, test, train and provide after-sales support (minimum 12-month maintenance/warranty; energy-efficient options preferred).
• Mandatory documentation: company registration, BBBEE certificate, latest municipal account/lease, tax clearance or PIN, CSD number; proof of tax compliance; proof of authorized distributor/manufacturer documentation where applicable.
• Compliance with tax and supply chain rules: SARS Tax Compliance; no bids from current state employees; various SBD forms (see below).
• Specifications require adherence to approved technical specs, product data sheets and certifications; warranties and spare parts availability; full price stability for the contract duration unless allowed.
• Evaluation uses a preference system (80/20 or 90/10) with specific goals (Garden Route/Western Cape) and BBBEE considerations.
