Overview

The RFQ seeks a service provider to supply and deliver occupational programme materials to the Oudtshoorn Campus of South Cape TVET College. The scope is the procurement of educational materials with delivery to Oudtshoorn, under a standard government GCC framework. Suitable bidders are SA suppliers capable of providing education-related materials, meeting delivery, warranty, payment, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Complete bid documentation: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, Price Declaration Form, and the required pricing schedule, plus the checklist (see RFQ BB 32/2026.pdf).
• Compliance and registrations: valid tax pin and tax compliance, SARS clearance; municipal account or lease; CIPRO company registration (if applicable); share certificates and shareholding details; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Supplier status: Central Supplier Database entry; VAT registration if applicable; adherence to PPPFA 2000 and Regulations (as per bid forms).
• Delivery and warranty: delivery to Oudtshoorn Campus; 12-month warranty period; insurance; adherence to packing, transport, inspections, and acceptance terms.
• Legal and ethical: no corrupt, fraudulent, or restrictive practices; performance security within 30 days of award; contract in English; governing law SA.
