The appointment of a service provider to supply, deliver, and purchase/rent graduation regalia for South Cape TVET College. The bidder pool should include manufacturers or authorized distributors capable of supplying and renting graduation regalia, with appropriate certifications and capacity to meet delivery and support requirements.

Requirements

• Completed bid documents and price schedule (SBD forms per RFQ ZM02/2026) and bid conditions.
• Tax compliance: valid tax PIN and SARS tax matters in order; no contract with tax-arrears bidders.
• B-BBBEE: proposed status with verification certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points.
• Central Supplier Database registration ( Supplier details aligned to SCC’s requirements).
• Company qualifications: CIPRO/CC registrations, full shareholder details, and, where applicable, shareholding by race/gender; latest municipal account or lease; evidence of 2–3 years relevant experience; manufacturer/authorized distributor documentation.
• Declarations: Declaration of interest, Commissioner of Oaths, and past supply chain practices as required (SBD 4, SBD 8, SBD 9).
• Scope alignment: capability to provide both purchase and rental options for graduation regalia, including delivery, packaging, and incidental services as specified.

How to Apply

• Closing date/time: 22 October 2026 at 11:00 (RFQ ZM02/2026) (see RFQ document for details).
