Overview

The appointment of a service provider for the supply, delivery and installation of wallpaper branding at the 4IR Building, Mossel Bay Campus, South Cape TVET College. The project requires design, supply and on-site installation of premium seamless wallpaper across four classrooms, with branding aligned to a 4IR theme and included design revisions.

Requirements

• Western Cape bidders only (special condition).
• Provide design concept, licensing-compliant imagery, and high-resolution print files; manage layout to accommodate trunking, skirting, doors, windows and beams (see specifications in RFQ BB 34/2026.pdf).
• Supply and install premium seamless wallpaper for four rooms, with on-site installation and transport included; all-inclusive price with VAT.
• Include at least two rounds of layout revisions and close client collaboration on branding (corporate identity approval).
• Submit all compulsory documents: SBD forms, Price Schedule, Tax PIN/TCS, CSD number, BBBEE documentation, municipal account or lease, CIPRO/company docs, and declarations (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9) as required (RFQ BB 34/2026.pdf).
