Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply, deliver and install an outdoor modular signage board at the 4IR Building, Mossel Bay Campus, South Cape TVET College. Bidders should have experience in modular outdoor signage fabrication, digital printing on Alupanel, UV finishing, on-site installation, and project management, with compliance to SA procurement requirements (tax clearance, CSD, BBBEE) and familiarity with the included SBDs and briefing process.

Requirements

• Modular outdoor signage fabrication and installation as specified (3250 x 4000 mm, Alupanel 3 mm, UV coating; 25 x 25 x 1.6 mm mild steel frame; 2 mm ABS sliders; 3 ground poles 6.0 m).
• On-site civil installation and anchoring; delivery from workshop to site; provision of artwork, proofs, and final production.
• Warranty: 12 months; payment terms: net 30 days; VAT inclusive pricing; adherence to GCC and contract terms.
