Overview

Procurement of a service provider to source, design and deliver an accredited Adobe Creative Cloud training programme for a Marketing and Communications Officer (minimum 3 months). Bidders should be accredited training providers with SAQA-aligned unit standards, capable of delivering instructor-led training, assessments, moderation and certification, and providing post-training reporting. Delivery location is Centurion; submission is via email.

Requirements

• Proof of accreditation to deliver Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent SETA/QCTO-aligned programme, with SAQA unit standard alignment (or proof of an equivalent accredited programme).
• Comprehensive course outline and curriculum, covering modules such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat Pro and asset management, plus design fundamentals, accessibility, and public sector requirements; include delivery method and certification details.
• CV of the proposed facilitator and evidence of ability to assess and certify; include pre-training skills assessment, learner support, PoE, moderation and portfolio review.
• Deliverables and timeframe: minimum 3-month programme, with schedule, learner materials, facilitator guides, practical exercises, ongoing support, and final certification.
• Supply chain and compliance: valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD registration or number; SARS tax PIN; completed SBDs (1, 3.3, 4 & 6.1) and VAT status if applicable; confirm tax/compliance status remains valid during the contract.
• Optional: CSOS may require a formal presentation (costs borne by bidder) and may conduct supplier due diligence or site visits.
