Requirements

• Garmin Authorisation letter confirming the bidder is an authorised Garmin service provider, reseller, distributor or agent.
• Demonstrate InReach knowledge with a brief overview of the Garmin inReach Professional Enable package and features.
• Demonstrate Garmin supply experience with a verifiable client reference or prior invoice/purchase order.
• Fully completed Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.2) and a detailed quotation on company letterhead; returnable documents submitted.
• Compliance paperwork: SBD 1 (Procurement Invitation) with SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and Bid Submission Certificate; proof of authority (e.g., company resolution); CSD registration; valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Tax/compliance: SARS tax PIN or TCS status; Central Supplier Database registration; eligibility to bid (no disqualifying state involvement).
• Scope specifics: activate and manage Garmin inReach Professional Enable for four devices; allow ad-hoc changes (add/remove devices, adjust packages) within a provisional sum (R30,000) without a new contract.
