THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE CEF (SOC) LTD WITH AN EXECUTIVE SENIOR WELLNESS AND MEDICAL PROGRAM.

Overview

The appointment of a service provider to design, implement, coordinate and deliver an Executive Senior Wellness and Medical Program for CEF (SOC) Ltd over 12 months for 45 delegates. The RFQ (ESW/03/2026) targets health/wellbeing services, including executive medical assessments, online profiling, pathology, lifestyle coaching and reporting, with access to premium Executive Medical Centre facilities and national delivery (Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal) per Scope of Work ( Annexure D ).

Requirements

• Mandatory CV of Clinical Psychologist (>5 years) and HPCSA registration.
• Access to in-house laboratory services for rapid pathology testing.
• Valid B-BBEE verification certificate (or sworn affidavit) to claim preference; complete SBD6.1.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); CSD registration if no PIN.
• Central Supplier Database registration (CSD No. MAAA ...).
• Submit Annexures A–C (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and pricing documents; provide B-BBEE proof.
• Capability to deliver nationally, with dedicated facilities in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal as specified in Scope of Work.
• All-inclusive fixed pricing (lump-sum, VAT included) for 45 delegates over 12 months; include any disbursements as capped fixed sums (see Pricing Schedule).
