• Deliverables align with Scope: ongoing support, escalation/configuration, report customization, integrations, licensing access as needed, and ad-hoc development with approval.
• Phase 1 compliance: CSD registration, valid Tax Clearance, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 forms.
• Phase 2 mandatory: provide proof of Microsoft Dynamics 365 partnership.
