Overview

The appointment of a service provider to render a new lease fleet motor vehicle with full maintenance for the Air Traffic and Navigation Services SOC Limited for a period of sixty (60) months. Bidders should be capable motor-vehicle leasing/fleet-management providers with: nationwide coverage, OEM service network, full maintenance capability, fleet-tracking and reporting, and roadside/assistance services.

Requirements

• Attendance at the compulsory briefing.
• Minimum three contactable reference letters for motor vehicle leasing or fleet management in the last 5 years.
• Company portfolio showing fleet management for at least 20 vehicles per client, across at least three major clients in the last five years.
• Registration with SAVRALA (or an accepted professional body) valid at closing.
• OEM dealership/service-centre within 50 km of ATNS’ eight major airports (documentation from OEM required).
