Overview

Procurement of a service provider to render employee well-being services for the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development (DLRRD) for 24 months on a fee-for-service contract. Bidders should have expertise in Employee Health and Wellness (EHW), counselling, and related wellbeing programs, with capacity to service about 5,495 employees nationwide (NO + provinces).

Requirements

• Complete and return attached forms: GCC, SBD1, SBD4, SBD5, SBD6.1 (and SBD7 contract if awarded).
• Register with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the reference number, or provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) and/or tax clearance.
• Provide a performance security within 30 days of award; ensure contract price stability (no price variation except as allowed).
• Compulsory briefing session attended by bidders (30 Sept 2026, 10:00, 600 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria).
• Submit bid documents in a sealed envelope with bidder name, bid number, closing date.
• Adhere to National Industrial Participation (NIP) requirements if applicable; report/import content details for DTI obligations.
• Health and wellness services must cover national scope, including families for counselling and bereavement support provisions.
