Appointment of a service provider to render garden maintenance services in Free State Deeds Registry for a period of 36 months. Bidders should be experienced garden maintenance providers capable of supplying equipment, staff, and compliance documentation as specified in the bid documents (DLRRD (CRD-07) 2026/27 Bid Document.pdf). A compulsory briefing and site inspection are required.

Requirements

• Tax compliance and verification (SARS PIN or CSD registration).
• Compliance with Central Supplier Database and tax status verification.
