Overview

The appointment of a service provider to render physical security services at the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) offices in Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Limpopo and North-West Provinces for 36 months. This is an open tender (B2B) seeking a security provider with PSIRA registration, multi-provincial capacity, and experience in access control, guarding, incident recording, and adherence to PSIRA rates. Requirements

• PSIRA registration for the company and all directors, plus letter of good standing; adherence to PSIRA rates.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; COIDA good standing; Public Liability Insurance (min R1,000,000).
• Proof of office presence in each province bid for (municipal rates/tax receipts or valid lease; or stamped authority if none).
• Prices must align to latest PSIRA rates; pricing across four provinces with a single bid and per-province pricing where relevant.
• B-BBEE: complete SBD6.1 with valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; specific goals (e.g., Black ownership, Women, Disabilities) may apply.
• Mandatory briefing attendance; all bid forms (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1) completed; JV/consortium rules if applicable.
• Annexures: CVs for project leader (Annexure B) and Consent/Indemnity (Annexure C); pricing in Annexure A.
