Overview

This tender seeks to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver information technology (IT) equipment from suppliers listed on the SITA RFB 740 transversal contract, in the Inland Region, for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE). Bidder must be a manufacturer’s authorized dealer for Dell/HP/Lenovo, accredited on SITA RFB 740, capable of delivering bulk IT hardware to DFFE premises in Arcadia, Pretoria. The contract covers quantities including laptops, GIS laptops, all-in-one desktops, monitors, backpacks, trolley bags, docking stations, cable locks, and GIS all-in-one computers (per Annexure A).

Requirements

• Manufacturer’s authorized dealer for Dell/Lenovo/HP; OEM certificate required.
• Accredited on SITA RFB 740 (signed accreditation letter).
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration number; must submit tax status proof.
• Complete SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.2 (pricing), SBD4 (bidders disclosure), SBD6.1 (preference points).
• CSD/SARS: provide CSD report or Tax PIN; VAT registration if applicable.
• B-BBEE: provide SANAS verification, CIPC certificate, or Commissioner-of-Oaths sworn affidavit.
• JV/consortium: if relevant, submit signed JV/consortium agreement.
• Annexure C Consent and Indemnity; attach all mandated documents.
• Technical compliance: 100% conformance to specs for standard laptops, GIS laptops, all-in-one desktops, monitors, backpacks, trolley bags, docking stations, cable locks, GIS all-in-one PCs (as per Annexure A).
• Delivery: once-off delivery within about 3 months of SLA/PO to 473 Steve Biko Road, Arcadia.
