Overview

The procurement is for the provision of security services at the EHC Complex: Clayville Ext 45, for three months. Suitable bidders are PSIRA-registered security service providers with adequate personnel, equipment, and capacity to operate within Ekurhuleni, and who can meet the administrative and local-content requirements outlined in the tender documents.

Requirements

• PSIRA accreditation for the company and for directors (Grade D or higher) and for all personnel.
• Complete and submit MBD preference forms (80/20 system; specific-goals claimed: HDI 5, Woman 3, Disability 2, Youth 2, Within Ekurhuleni 8).
• Local content declarations and related SATS 1286:2011 calculations (declare imported vs local content; complete Annex C/D/E).
• Administrative documents: certified director’s IDs, proof of CIPC registration, up-to-date municipal account, BBBEE affidavit, bank letter, tax PIN, CSD report, completed MBD forms, and any lease documents if applicable.
• Submission requirements: sign the submission registers; valid PSIRA certificates for company and personnel.
• Pricing schedule must be completed and submitted; prices must include VAT.
• References: minimum three written references.
• Due-diligence and post-award verification rights reserved by the entity.
