Overview

The appointment of a suitable service provider for the supply and delivery of laptops. FoodBev SETA invites quotations to supply two laptop models (Dell Pro 13 Plus 2-in-1 or equivalent and Dell Pro 14 Plus or equivalent), with a required turnaround of within 7 days. Quantity: 7 of 13.3" model and 13 of 14" model, delivery to 7 Wessel Road, Rivonia, Johannesburg. Bids will be evaluated on an 80/20 price-to-preference split, with specific goals contributing 20 points.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide proof of application (CSD). (Annexure B)
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Clearance PIN or proof of application; separate proofs for consortia/joint ventures. (SBD forms)
• Complete and sign all SBD forms: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4.1 (Declaration of Interest) plus the Preference Points Claim Form; include Invitation to Bid. (Download SBD Document)
• Provide evidence for preferential goals: Black ownership, Women ownership, PwD ownership, etc., with supporting documentation. (Download RFQ Document)
• Accept the General Conditions of Contract and related terms; readiness to enter a Service Level Agreement. (Annexure B)
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure commitments; deliverables and data handling restrictions. (Annexure B)
