• Provide accommodation in Musina as per SPECIFICATION OF DRIVERS’ ACCOMMODATION IN MUSINA (Annexure A) with clean, habitable, hygienic, secure, fumigated rooms; low-noise surroundings; Air-conditioning; secure locks; TV; working lighting; and adequate furniture and linens.
• Accommodation to support overnight and day rest as required; shuttling services as needed; secured bus parking; light cleaning for buses (Annexure B).
• Establishments should be within 5–10 km of loading points; secure environment in line with industry security procedures.
• Sub-contracting is allowed.
• Provision of a healthy balanced breakfast as specified in the attached document (breakfast items list).
