• Administrative/compliance: certified Director’s ID; proof of CIPC registration; up-to-date municipal account; bank letter; tax PIN; BBBEE affidavit; CSD report; RM pricing on letterhead; signed MBD forms; signed submission registers; evidence of sufficient financial resources; three written references.
• Local content: comply with SATS 1286:2011 declarations (local content thresholds and related annexes) and provide Local Content declarations (Declarations C–E).
• Site/contract specifics: 3-month duration; within Ekurhuleni; adherence to penalties for non-compliance; references and due-diligence checks possible.
