The appointment of Service Providers for the Supply, Delivery, Off-Loading, Commissioning and Training Of Industrial Ride-On Scrubber and Sweeper Machines at the Ekurhuleni Fresh Produce Market on an as and when required basis from date of award until 30 June 2029. Bidders should have proven experience in industrial cleaning machinery, with CIDB registration, tax/compliance (CSD/TCS) and BBBEE in place.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation (or higher) and demonstrated capability for industrial machinery.
• Tax compliance and CSD registration (provide TCS PIN or CSD number).
• Demonstrated financial capacity to execute the contract (min R1,000,000) via bank statement, financing letter or DFI funding.
• Relevant experience: at least two contactable references for supplying, delivering, off-loading, commissioning and training of industrial ride-on scrubber/sweeper machines.
• OH&S and insurance prerequisites: registration with the Compensation Commissioner, good-standing letter, first aid certificate, health and safety plan, public liability insurance, and related safety documentation.
• Administrative requirements: complete and sign Form A–N (including Schedule of Prices Form K) and any required attachments; ensure signatories have authority.
• Preferences and specific goals: provide BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit and evidence for any claimed specific goals; comply with 80/20 preference rules (price vs. goals).
• Compliance with CIDB and related SCM rules; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
