Requirements

• PSIRA: valid company registration certificate and good standing; all directors must hold PSIRA registrations.
• Compulsory briefing session attendance.
• Proof of provincial offices (municipal rates/taxes or lease); where not available, a stamped authority letter from traditional authorities.
• COIDA registration and a valid Letter of Good Standing.
• Rates aligned to latest PSIRA minimum rates (urban/rural/metropolitan).
• Public liability insurance minimum R1,000,000.
• Firearm licenses for business use in bidding provinces.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or SARS tax PIN.
