Overview

The appointment of a professional service provider to develop a Biodiversity Management Plan for Morgenzon Forest Reserve, Mpumalanga, under NEMPAA, for six months. Bidders should have expertise in biodiversity conservation, ecosystem planning, literature reviews, stakeholder engagement and BMP development (ecology/nature conservation/resource management; environmental law support as needed).

Requirements

• Tax and CSD compliance: provide SARS PIN or Tax Compliance status and CSD number/report
• Complete and submit official bid forms: SBD1, SBD3.3 (Pricing), SBD4, SBD6.1; Annexure A (Pricing Schedule) and Annexure B (CV templates)
• B-BBEE: valid verification certificate or sworn affidavit; JV/consortia to provide consolidated credentials
• Project team qualifications: Project Team Leader with Ecology/ Biological Sciences/ Nature Conservation/ Resource Management; CVs for team members including Environmental Law qualifications
• Demonstrated experience: prior Biodiversity Management Plan development; references and case evidence
• Deliverables readiness: project plan, budget, milestones and deliverables aligned to BMP scope
• Registration: CSD or SARS tax status evidence; compliance with relevant legislation
