Requirements

• Open to EMEs and QSEs in the office automation industry.
• Lease and maintenance of 395 printers (four machine types with specified speeds, paper handling, scanning, finishing, and network features) plus toner delivery and installation.
• Software requirements: follow-me printing, embedded 3-year maintenance per device, secure printing, a management dashboard with meter/toner alerts, monthly usage reporting, SA-developed and supported.
• References: minimum of three (3) contactable references for similar deployments in the last 2 years.
• BBBEE: adherence to BBBEE policy; 80/20 price vs. specific goals.
