Overview

The appointment of a Travel Management Company to provide travel management services to KwaZulu-Natal Museum as and when required for a period of 36 months. Bidders should be IATA-registered travel management providers with experience in domestic/international travel, accommodation, transport, visa processing, and related services, and comply with PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and museum SCM policies.

Requirements

• Mandatory IATA registration.
• Tax clearance: provide SARS Tax Clearance Status (PIN) or TCS certificate; if part of a consortium/joint venture, each party must provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD; where no TCS, provide CSD number.
• Complete and submit all bid forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, SBD9, and the Contract Form SBD7.2 (if awarded).
• Compliance declarations: past SCM practices (SBD8), certificate of independent bid determination (SBD9), and BBBEE status with proof.
• Preference points eligibility: 80/20 system (price 80, specific goals 20) with claimed points for Black Ownership, Women Owned, Youth Owned, Disability Owned, Locality; provide evidence.
• Additional pre-conditions: not in state service; disclosure forms completed; tax compliance and related checks as per SBDs.
• Ensure bid is submitted on official documents and by the deadline; late bids are not considered.
