Overview

Design, development and implementation of an Integrated Document and Records Management System with a file plan and workflow capabilities for five years. Accredited service providers with experience in enterprise document management, records workflows and government procurement processes should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Accredited service provider capable of delivering the system over 5 years.
• Register on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide CSD number; tax clearance status required.
• Compliance with tax rules (SARS PIN/TCS) and ability to provide the PIN or TCS certificate; separate TCS for consortiums.
• Complete and submit official bid forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points); attach BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Not being in state service or controlled by state employees; other conflicts of interest disclosed.
• Adhere to the attached specifications and terms of contract (GCC/SCC) and be prepared for price negotiations and potential site visits.
