THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR REVAMPING OF MOLOPO OOG OFFICE BUILDING UNDER THE HARTBEESPOORT AREA OFFICE WITHIN NORTHERN OPERATIONS

Overview

The Department of Water and Sanitation is procuring construction services for the revamp/remediation of two Hartbeespoort Northern Operations office buildings: Kleinmarico-Poort Dam Office and Molopo OOG Office (tenders WTE-0010-HBP and WTE-0011-HBP). Bidders should be competent building/construction contractors with CIDB 2GB+ and relevant project-management and safety capabilities.

Requirements

• CIDB Registration: Active 2GB+ (building)
• COIDA registration: good standing
• Key personnel: Project Leader (SAQA-accredited NC level 4) and qualified Bricklayer/Roofing trades with 2+ years’ experience; Health & Safety Representative
• SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1 completed
• Returnable documents: CK/company registration, original Tax Clearance, certified ID copies, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, Letter of Authority, General Conditions of Contract, Comprehensive CSD report, returnable checklists
• Specification/BOQ: full compliance, completed BOQ, pricing on SBD3.1
• Evaluation: phased approach (Administrative, Technical, Preference Points) with 80/20 weighting; adherence to PPPFA 2022
• Phase 3/4 deliverables: Organogram, Method Statement, Work Plan, Quality Management Plan, and related project documents as required for evaluation
