Overview

The tender seeks to establish lease agreements for NTCSA/Eskom East Grid offices in Empangeni (5 years), Newcastle (4 years) and Westville (60 months) in KwaZulu-Natal. Requirements

• Minimum quality and management systems:
  • ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS) in line with Eskom Supplier Quality Management (document 240-105658000).
  • ISO 14001 Environmental management requirements for contractors/suppliers (240-180100134).
  • OHS/SHEQ compliance per Eskom policy and tender annexes (Annexure B; 32-727 SHEQ Policy).
• Environmental and safety due diligence:
  • Environmental planning and site-management requirements (SDL&I and Environmental Requirements Proforma).
• Tender returnables and compliance:
  • Basic compliance documents and returnables (as listed in Annexures A–F and SBD 6.2 Local Content, 240-43921804 Rev5).
  • Pricing schedule (PDF plus Excel) and electronic tender submission (via Eskom eTendering).
• Pre-qualification considerations:
  • Evidence of local content/BBEE and related documentation; CIDB/TAX clearance considerations; CSD pre-qualification may apply.
