Overview

The NTCSA invites bids for Marketing Professional Services across five categories to be provided to Eskom NTCSA on an as-needed basis for five years, with online submission via Eskom’s eTendering platform. Categories: Creative design and TTL; PR and reputational management; Digital/social management; Media buying; Media sentiment and analytics. Target bidders are marketing agencies with proven capacity across TTL, PR, digital, media buying and analytics, plus demonstrated QMS (ISO 9001) and compliance readiness. NTCSA intends two contracts per category, except for Media Buying and Media Monitoring & Analytics, where only one supplier will be appointed. Requirements

• Capacity to service up to about R30 million per account; evidence of current billings and capacity.
• Agency maturity: substantial experience in the respective category (typical >5 years).
• Quality and risk: compliance with Eskom’s Supplier Quality Management, ISO 9001-based QMS requirements.
• Compliance obligations: OHS and environmental requirements; note an OHS Requirements Exemption Letter may apply.
• Preference and local content: B-BBEE status and PPPFA-based preference points; submission of required Annexures and SBD forms; local content declarations where applicable.
