Overview

The National Library of South Africa (NLSA) seeks a service provider to renew 40 complete PDF solution licences, 2 cloud-based Creative Cloud licences, and 34 digital signature and advanced digital signature licences for a 12-month period. The provider will renew, activate and provision licences for authorised NLSA users, with delivery/activation within 30 days of a Purchase Order.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit the required documentation (SBD 4, SBD 6.1) to be eligible; attach the latest CSD report. (see Terms_of_Reference_Joint_Licence_Renewal.pdf)
• Submit completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms; SBD 6.1 covers preference points for black ownership (see SBD 6.1 document: Black owned.pdf)
• Pricing schedule: provide unit price, quantity, and total price for each licence category; pricing must be VAT inclusive; bid validity is 60 days. (see Terms_of_Reference_Joint_Licence_Renewal.pdf)
• All licences must be provisioned for NLSA for 12 months; activation/delivery within 30 days after PO. Licences cover 40 PDF Complete Solution, 2 Creative Cloud, 34 Digital Signature licences. (see Terms_of_Reference_Joint_Licence_Renewal.pdf)
• Preference points: 80/20 (or 90/10) with 100% black ownership worth 20 points, less than 100% ownership worth 10 points. (see SBD 6.1: Black owned.pdf)
• No upfront payment; NLSA may amend conditions, may award to one or more bidders, and may refrain from awarding. Activation can be phased if required. (see Terms_of_Reference_Joint_Licence_Renewal.pdf)
