The National Library of South Africa (NLSA) seeks a service provider to replace the screen on a Lenovo L14 G5 laptop. Bidders must be Lenovo-authorised to service Lenovo devices, be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), and submit electronically.

Requirements

• CSD registration with the most recent report.
• Proof of Lenovo authorisation to service Lenovo devices (certificate, official letter, or equivalent) valid at submission.
• Complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms and provide a VAT-inclusive pricing schedule.
• Deliver the repaired device within 30 days of Purchase Order; quotation valid for 60 days (per RFQ terms).
