The National Library of South Africa seeks a service provider to source, screen and present candidates for the Editorial Board of the Bulletin of the National Library of South Africa (Chief Editor, Associate Editors, and Assistant Editors) for a 3-year term. Bidders should demonstrate recruitment capabilities for editorial/governance roles and familiarity with scholarly publishing.

Requirements

• Ability to source suitable candidates for editorial positions and manage the recruitment/appointment process.
• Mandatory RFQ compliance: complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSDB).
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, shortlisting, and presenting candidates for academic/editorial roles; knowledge of publishing ethics.
