Overview

NRF-SAASTA seeks a supplier to procure and deliver Eco Solid Wood 6-Seater chairs (Finish Colour Brown, Pre-assembled), 10 units, to Cofimvaba, Eastern Cape, under RFQ/NRF-SAASTA 36/2026-2027. Suitable bidders include furniture suppliers with delivery capability and relevant chair/tables experience, and CIDB registration.

Requirements

• CIDB Grade 1 SL (or higher) relevant to the project (as noted in Annex C).
• At least one contactable reference letter (not older than 3 years) proving prior supply/delivery of chairs, tables, or related services.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or CSD registration number.
• Original SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit for preferential procurement eligibility.
• Complete and sign SBD 1, 4, and 6.1 (and related annexures) as per Annex A.
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Banking details aligned with CSD verification; invoicing must match CSD data.
• No deliveries before an official NRF-SAASTA Purchase Order; delivery within 7 days after PO.
• Prices must be VAT inclusive; comply with NRF general procurement terms (Annexes A–F).
