Overview

The NHBRC intends to appoint a panel of service providers to deliver managed ICT support services for two years, spanning SAP support, Digital Services, ICT Infrastructure & Desktop Support, ICT Security & Governance, and Professional Services. Bidders should be established IT service providers with demonstrated SAP, .NET/Azure, security, governance, and project-management capabilities. The panel will supply outsourced resources on demand; resources must mobilise within 48 hours, transfer knowledge to NHBRC staff, and may travel to NHBRC offices as required. The process is an RFP for a multi-category panel with a two-year SLA.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and maintain current data; tax compliant with SARS and provide annual Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Mandatory documents: SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2, CSD report/MAAA, latest CIPC documents, SARS PIN, signed teaming agreement, certified IDs; SBD 4 and SAP authorisation letter (Category 1).
• Stage 1: compliance check; Stage 2: functional evaluation; minimum 70/100 to qualify; price not used in functionality evaluation; categories evaluated separately.
• Successful bidders sign GCC-based contract and SLA; penalties for fronting; bid validity 90 days; panel assignments on a rotational basis with work packages and potential multiple experts per assignment.
• Respondents must be able to deliver required resources within 48 hours and transfer knowledge to NHBRC staff.
