Overview

Provision of high-standard catering services for a 2-day Board Meeting (approx. 20 attendees) at the NLSA Pretoria campus, including breakfast and lunch on both days. The contract requires nut-free meals, health and safety compliance with a valid Certificate of Acceptability for the food premises, and on-site delivery/setup. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit mandatory bid documents (SBD 4; SBD 6.1); locality points apply (City of Tshwane 20 points; others 10).

Requirements

• Nut-free menu; no nuts/cross-contamination.
• Mandatory Certificate of Acceptability for food premises.
• 20 attendees; provision of catering equipment and on-site service.
• Bidders must be CSD-registered and submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 (and related disclosures).
• Locality points: City of Tshwane 20 points; elsewhere 10 points.
• Documents and compliance as per TOR (no nuts, health/safety compliance, etc.).
