The NLSA seeks to appoint a service provider for production of branded corporate golf shirts

Overview

Production of branded corporate NLSA golf shirts (120 units) with NLSA embroidery for delivery to NLSA campuses. Service providers with apparel manufacturing, garment embroidery capabilities and compliance with SBD4/SBD6.1 and CSD registration are invited to bid.

Requirements

• Fully completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms (SBD4.pdf; SBD 6.1 IN TERMS OF PPR2022.1 Tshwane.pdf).
• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide locality evidence (CSD report).
• Detailed quotation aligned to the scope: 120 navy/white shirts, 220g 65/35 polycotton, embroidery of NLSA in white, sizes to be confirmed, delivery to NLSA campuses by 10 November 2026, and validity of quotations 60 days.
• Compliance with bid conditions (e.g., no upfront payment; delivery terms; documentation checks on award).
• Documents to submit as part of the bid package; quotations to cover scope of work as per TOR (SBD forms and CSD requirements).
