Overview

The National Library of South Africa seeks a service provider to host its annual teambuilding and strategic planning event for staff. The RFQ covers two scopes: a Cape Town 39‑employee event (closing 15 October 2026 at 11:00) and a Gauteng/Limpopo/North West 87‑employee event (closing 16 October 2026 at 11:00). Proposals are to be submitted electronically via Quotations@nlsa.ac.za. Bidders must be eligible to bid in South Africa and, where applicable, be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
