The NLSA seeks to appoint a service provider to provide catering services for the NLSA DAY 2026 hosted at the NLSA Cape Town campus on Tuesday, 3 November 2026.

Overview

Catering services for the NLSA Day 2026 event at the Cape Town campus (3 November 2026). Bidders should be professional catering providers with halal-compliant operations, experience in event catering, and registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); must submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, and local Cape Town Western Cape suppliers may receive preference. Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury CSD; attach the latest CSD report (pre-evaluation documents). (see TERMS OF REFERENCE NLSA DAY Catering CT 2026.pdf)
• Fully completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms. (see SBD forms)
