Overview

The NMISA requires the supply and delivery of high-purity gases and gas mixtures including cylinder rentals for a period of five years. This call is open to gas suppliers with the capability to supply industrial gases, gas mixtures, and cylinder rentals to NMISA laboratories, with delivery to Pretoria and Cape Town as specified. Requirements

• Compliance and registrations: tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD), tax clearance, and completed SBD forms; BBBEE status and proof; SBD 1, SBD 3.1/3.2, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 completed.
• Technical and quality: provide high-purity gases and mixtures with CoA/SDS; specify ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO/IEC 17025); compatibility of gas equipment with NMISA installations; separate delivery points per lab; cylinder rental pricing per category.
• Delivery and performance: firm, all-inclusive pricing; delivery times (1–2 days to NMISA Pretoria; 5 days for special mixtures); ability to supply both general gases and specialized mixtures; cylinder rental fixed per annum; monthly payment cadence; adherence to GCC/SCC terms.
