Overview

The NYDA seeks a quotation to supply and deliver Water Dispensers, including filled purified water bottles (20 litres) and disposable cups, to NYDA Coastal Centres for six months. Bidders should be capable of servicing 19 centers across Eastern Cape, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Western Cape, delivering and retaining dispensers, and providing ongoing servicing for the contract period. Only suppliers registered on CSD will be considered.

Requirements

• CSD registration and SARS tax/compliance verification (TCS PIN or CSD number) at bid submission.
• Complete on official forms (SBD1, SBD4) and the Pricing Schedule; disclosure of interests (SBD4).
• BBBEE status or sworn affidavit if claiming preference points; complete SBD6.1 and related documentation.
• Pricing to be supplied on the provided templates; adherence to PPPFA (80/20 or 90/10) and specific goals as applicable.
• Deliverables per center: 36 centers are specified; dispensers to be delivered and retained by NYDA; ongoing servicing for 6 months.
• Purchase orders required prior to payment; no service without a PO.
• Compliance with anti-collusion and ethics provisions; declarations required (SBD4 and SBD6.1).
• Note: failure to meet mandatory requirements may render bid invalid.
