Overview

The tender is for the once-off supply, delivery and installation of canteen equipment for Matimba Power Station (Eskom). Suitable for bidders with industrial kitchen equipment supply/installation capability and experience at large facilities, including power plants. Requirements

• CIDB: valid 3ME or higher at tender closing.
• Quality management: demonstrate ISO 9001-aligned QMS (manual, policy, objectives, document control, nonconforming outputs, etc.) and evidence of QMS in operation (organization/responsibility for QA; supplier controls) (see 240-12248652; 240-109253302; 240-68099512).
• Contract QA: provide a provisional Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and a Quality Control Plan/ITP (QCP/ITP) per project scope (see 240-109253698; 240-109253302).
• SHE and safety: acknowledge Eskom SHE Rules and Life Saving Rules (Annex B) and complete related forms (Annexure B).
• Local content: complete Local Content Declarations (Annex C–G) and related schedules (Annex E/F, G1–G4).
• Tax and integrity: complete PAYE questionnaire for Eskom service contracts; Integrity Declaration Forms; SBDs (1, 4, 6.1) and related annexures.
• Pricing: submit price list in PDF and an Excel copy; no zip uploads; all documents PDF (up to 500 MB per doc; total 4 GB) (see ITT).
• Evaluation: minimum functionality threshold 80%; Company Experience contributes 20% of technical evaluation (Cat 3 criteria) (see ITT).
