The Procurement of Forcepoint Web Security Licenses with Maintenance and Support for a Period of Three (03) Years for the National Department of Tourism (NDOT). Bids are invited from suppliers that can provide Forcepoint Web Security via an Original Software Manufacturer (OSM) or an OSM‑authorized partner, with mandatory SA prequalification (CSD, tax compliance, B-BBEE). The contract covers 530 Forcepoint Web Security licenses per year for three years, plus annual maintenance (2FSPRT). Requirements

• Must be an OSM or registered with an OSM to provide Forcepoint Web Security; provide proof (letter/certificate) not older than 12 months.
• Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS).
• Accept and sign the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and the Government GCC; formal contract will follow award.
• Submit required returnables: SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preferential Procurement), with evidence for preference goals (B-BBEE).
• Pricing schedule must be completed (Pricing Schedule.xlsx) with VAT-exclusive prices, including ROE considerations if applicable.
• Additional technical: provide evidence of capability to supply Forcepoint Web Security and maintain compliance with SCC / related service levels.
• Delivery at NDOT, 17 Trevenna Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria.
