Overview

Procurement, supply and installation of temporal perimeter fence and associated site establishment activities for the Duvha Solar PV construction site area. Bidders should have civil/site construction capability with experience in site establishment, barricading, environmental management, and safety compliance for Eskom or similar projects, plus a compliant quality system (ISO 9001) and ability to work under NEC3 ECSC terms.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS) compliance or evidence of QMS in operation, plus related quality documents (CQP/ITP, QA plans).
• Environmental management requirements: ISO 14001-aligned policy, EMPr, environmental officer, waste and dust management, permits for excavation, spill and emergency plans.
• Health, safety and site procedures aligned with Eskom environmental and hydrocarbons procedures; basic environmental awareness training for all workers.
• Pre-qualification and registration requirements (CIDB contractor registration; Eskom eTendering account; applicable SBDs and local content declarations as per Annexures in the ITT).
• Documentation/compliance: SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2), pricing schedule in PDF and Excel, and other Annexures listed in the ITT (e.g., local content forms, integrity declarations).
• CIDB/contracting framework: NEC3 ECSC short contract data and Schedule of Deviations readiness.
