THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO CLASSROOM AT KIMAETI PRIMARY SCHOOL AND 2NO DOORS PIT LATRINES

Overview

Procurement of construction works to build 1 ECDE classroom and 2 doors pit latrines at Kimaeti Primary School in Bungoma County; open national tender for qualified construction firms. Eligible bidders should be registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) for building works, and meet standard prequalification criteria (tax, permits, AGPO where applicable).

Requirements

• NCA registration for building works (NCA 8+), with renewed annual practicing license.
• Certified copies of company registration documents (certificate of incorporation, CR12 for limited companies within 12 months).
• Certified copies of IDs/passports for directors.
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate and KRA PIN.
• Valid Single Business Permit from any County Government.
• AGPO certificate for women (where applicable).
• Duly completed Form of Tender, Self-Declaration SD1 and SD2 (anti-corruption) and stamped pages.
• All pages to be stamped, serialized, and the tender to be submitted via the specified portal (no manual submissions).
• If a JV is involved: JV agreement or letter of intent to execute JV agreement.
