• Submission location: Deputy County Commissioner, Endebess Sub-County, PO Box 4-30201 Endebess; Tender opening in the DCC Board Room (late tenders rejected).
• Pre-tender briefing/site visit: may be specified in the Tender Data Sheet; if held, questions must be in writing and minutes published (see ITT sections in the attached STD).
• Registrations to verify: NCA Registration, tax clearance, and any foreign tenderer requirements as per the tender documents (see ITT and Section III).
