Overview

Open national tender to construct 1 ECDE classroom and 3-door pit latrines at Lukhuna, Manyasa, Tongaren and Namakhele Primary Schools in Tongaren Ward, Bungoma County. Eligible bidders are building contractors with NCA Building Works registration (NCA 8+), registered in Kenya, capable of delivering school-construction works under a Works contract.

• Form of Tender filled, signed, stamped
• Self-Declaration SD1 (non-debarment) and SD2 (anti-corruption)
• All pages stamped/serialized
• Bid Security: Kshs 155,200
• 40% local-content requirement for foreign bidders
• Documentation and eligibility confirmations per ITT requirements
