Overview

Open National tender for the construction of 1 ECDE classroom at Chesito, Laboot and Chemoge Primary Schools in Kaptama Ward. Target bidders are qualified build-contractors with NCA registration (NCA 8+), valid tax clearance, KRA PIN, and AGPO eligibility for youth where applicable; JV arrangements are allowed under the tender rules.

Requirements

• Certified copies of: company incorporation/registration; CR12 (within 12 months) for limited companies; IDs/passports for directors.
• Valid tax clearance from Kenya Revenue Authority and KRA PIN.
• Valid Single Business Permit from any County Government.
• National Construction Authority registration for building works (NCA 8+), plus renewed NCA practicing license.
• AGPO certificate for youth (where applicable).
• Duly filled Form of Tender, SD1 (Non-debarment), SD2 (Anti-corruption).
• All pages stamped/serialized; Joint Venture agreement if a JV is tendering.
• Compliance with relevant Kenyan procurement laws and prequalification criteria (as per tender document).

• Deadline: 6 November 2026; time appears as 11:30 (per INVITATION TO TENDER) and 09:00 per tender metadata.
