Requirements

• Certified copy of registration/incorporation
• CR12 for limited companies (within 12 months)
• Certified copies of IDs/passports for directors
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA)
• Certified copy of KRA PIN
• Valid Single Business Permit from any County Government
• Valid NCA for building works (NCA8+)
• Renewed annual practicing license with NCA
• AGPO certificate for PWDs
• Form of Tender (signed, stamped)
• Self-Declaration SD1 (Non-debarment) and SD2 (Anti-corruption)
• All pages stamped and serialized
• Note: Manual submissions are not accepted; submit via IMIS portal (see documents)

How to Apply
