• Bid Security of KSh 29,100 (from a reputable bank/insurer)
• Self-Declaration SD2 (Anti-corruption)
• All pages stamped/serialized; no manual submissions

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from Bungoma County website or www.tenders.go.ke using the negotiation number; submit via IMIS Supplier Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke by 6 November 2026 at 11:30 AM (2015/2026-27 tender; see Tender Notice). (TENDER NOTICE)
• Prepare one original and required copies; include Form of Tender, BOQ, Bid Security, qualifications, and, if applicable, Joint Venture agreement.
• Ensure compliance with local registrations, tax, and NCA requirements; currency is Kenyan Shillings; foreign bidders must show at least 40% local content.
