Overview

Open national tender for the proposed erection and completion works for a 6-door ablution block (including disabled facilities and urinal) at Bungoma County Referral Hospital and an 8-door exhaustable pit latrine at Paediatric in Bungoma County. Open to eligible bidders; the tender is reserved for women and must comply with Kenyan public procurement rules (Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015). Requirements

• Eligible bidders under Kenyan ITT: private entities, state bodies, or joint ventures; JV members jointly and severally liable. (see the tender documents)
• Reserved for women; open national tender.
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and related regulations; anti-fraud and anti-corruption declarations required.
• National Construction Authority registration required before contract signature; tax compliance certificate required.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan nationals; evidence to be provided.
• Foreign JV rules apply for nationality and subcontracting limits; JV agreements or letters of intent required.
• Tender documents to include Form of Tender, pricing schedules, JV agreements if applicable, and qualifications evidence.
