Overview

Renovation works for 1 ECDE classroom at Kisyo yi, Kibu ke, Mwomo and Ng’oli ECDE Primary Schools in West Bukusu Ward, Bungoma County. Open National tender open to all qualified bidders; requires compliance with Kenya Public Procurement rules, tax licensing, and NCA (building works) registration.

Requirements

• Certified copies of incorporation/registration and CR12 (12 months).
• Certified IDs/passports for Directors.
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA) and KRA PIN.
• Valid Single Business Permit from a County Government.
• National Construction Authority (NCA) license for building works (NCA 8+).
• Renewed annual practicing license with NCA.
• AGPO certificate for youth.
• Form of Tender, SD1 and SD2 declarations, all pages stamped.
• JV documents if applicable (JV Agreement or LOI).
• All pages must be stamped/paged; no manual submissions.

Post-qualification and local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs locally; NCA registration required prior to contract signature.
