• Form of Tender filled, signed, stamped
• Self-Declaration SD1 (Public Procurement Non-debarment)
• Bid Security of KSh 67,900 from a PPRA-approved institution
• Self-Declaration SD2 (Anti-corruption)
• All pages stamped and serialized

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the County’s Supply Chain Management Office or via www.bungoma.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke (INVITATION TO TENDER).
• Prepare and submit via the IMIS Supplier Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke by 6 November 2026 (11:30 AM) per the Tender Notice. Note: metadata lists 09:00; the Tender Notice specifies 11:30 AM.
• Include: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security, JV agreement if applicable, SD1/SD2, company/doc proofs listed above, and any other documents in the Tender Documents.
• Manual submissions are not accepted; attend any pre-tender/site-visit as outlined in the documents.
